Terms and Conditions
1. Check in is possible from 3 pm, check out by no later than 12 noon. Individual agreements must be clarified in writing with me.
2. Notify me by phone no later than 15 minutes before arrival so that I can personally meet you at the property. If you wish to check in via key safe, I will send you the code on the day of your arrival.
3. In case of delay, no-show and early departure, the rent will remain for the entire rental period.
4. The house, the accommodation and its inventory must be treated with care. If something should break / be damaged, please let me know immediately. Damage and defects already determined on arrival must be reported to the lessor immediately, otherwise the lessee is liable for these damages.
5. In the event of any disruption to performance, the renter is obliged to do everything reasonable within the scope of his legal obligation in order to contribute to remedy the fault and to minimize the damage incurred.
